Here’s why: Hypnosis allows us to work directly with the subconscious. That’s where we store so much of the information that influences our thinking, and this has control over how we respond in any situation. Because we can work directly with the subconscious and provide it with newer, more helpful ways of thinking with hypnosis, we can unseat some of the negative thoughts and patterns of behavior that are causing problems in our lives. For the past few months I've been focused on a Facebook page called Our Goddess Group. It's a private group for women, we discuss life, lessons, growth, change and more.
