I have been apart of a very intensive personal development program that is 6 weeks long. Each week as part of our program we have a private hypnotherapy sessions with Grace Smith. It's been an unbelievable experience. Grace just came out with a new book, I really want to encourage people to check Grace out and try hypnotherapy, it works.
Seems somewhere on my journey I forgot to post this awesomeness that happened last summer...Ah love for Gabby.
According to Swedish researches at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, you can also add tinnitus and hearing loss to a long lists of how stress relates to the function of the body. They developed a questionnaire, asking survey participants 120 questions how they would report stress relating to their: psycho-social work environment, physical work environment, lifestyle, physical health and mental health.
The researchers also asked participants three questions about their hearing health, focusing on tinnitus and the ability to hear normal conversations. They discovered that respondents reporting stress relating to poor sleep and bad health were more likely to complain of tinnitus and hearing loss. Those who experienced stress in the workplace also complained of tinnitus and hearing loss. Both men and women in the study reported their hearing loss was worse when they perceived themselves to be in bad health. Stress just destroys us. We need to learn to live in a better way. Incredible! Check out these stats on stress from WebMD
